Wild Garlic Pesto – Low FODMAP


  • 1/2 teaspoon fine table salt
  • 100g wild garlic leaves
  • 50g grated parmesan
  • 100ml olive oil
  • 40g pine nuts


Pop everything in a food processor and blitz until smooth. Can be used as a dip, in pastas, salads, or as topping for hummus or snacks.
